  • Developed collaborative relationships with local and international charity partners, including Medical Teams International, US Dept. of State, Gates Foundation, and Madaktari Physician Training Partnership program.

CONSULTANT, THE COLLEGE BOARD –                                                                                                                        1998-2004

  • Assisted with development of AP Human Geography Annual Exams and designed and taught workshops to in-service teachers on how to teach AP Human Geography across the Midwest and Northeast.

 

EVALUATION CONSULTANT, APEX TEACHER’S ACADEMY –                                                                                           2000 – 2003

  • Conducted extensive semi-annual evaluations to provide feedback to Program Directors and facilitated workshops with teachers and administrators geared toward strategic change, with topics ranging from consensus building and buy-in to data driven decision making and capacity building.

  • Wrote large-scale literature reviews to assess current state of the art. Engaged in pilot studies, instrument design, data collection and interviews, data analyses, and write-up of publishable quality results.
